4 WAYS TO MANAGE CHRONIC FATIGUE (Dr. Weil)

  1. Decrease your protein intake to 10 percent of your daily calories.
  2. Eat a wide variety of fresh fruits and vegetables (preferably organic) for their protective phytochemicals.
  3. Eat garlic regularly for its antiviral effects.
